Implementing a plant investment requires a qualified team of plant owner’s engineers to manage and accompany all issues that arise during the various stages of a construction project. As an external independent partner, the engineering team of the weyer group provides full support to the plant owner, ranging from the conceptual design of a project up to the completion of the same. Complex and ambitious engineering projects require substantial know-how and capacity for project handling, as much as profound expertise for technical solutions and up-to-date knowledge of the legal status, the latter known to be somewhat ambiguous at times. In this respect, the assistance of the weyer group could be crucial when executive functions of severe responsibility need to be assumed and a subject-specific support of the owner’s engineering team is required. The engineering team of the weyer group, handling as a stakeholder of the plant owner, offers to coordinate at all times internal/external interfaces and to intervene at an early stage against the risk of budget overdraft, time delay or quality deficiencies.
